The senator representing Kaduna Central at the Nigerian Senate, Shehu Sani, says those perpetrating violence or promoting hate in the name of religion are the enemies of Nigeria.
Senator Sani, who recently moved to the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) after dumping the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), stressed that “killing fellow human beings in the name of religion is an utterly condemnable act.”

The Kaduna Central lawmaker maintained that “savages working against peace must be vehemently resisted by people of all faiths”.
Senator Sani made this comment on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Wednesday, October 24.
The senator tweeted: “Killing fellow human beings in the name of religion is an utterly condemnable act.
“Those who perpetrate violence or promote hate in the name of religion are enemies of our country.
“Savages working against peace must be vehemently resisted by people of all faiths,” the Kaduna Central lawmaker tweeted.
